About C.J. Cangianelli

“Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.” ― Albert Einstein

CJ is a graduate of Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology and Spanish and a Master of Education degree in Education, Special Education and Psychology. She recently acquired four certifications from The Spencer Institute-Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Life Coach, Certified Design Psychology Coach and Certified Stress Management Coach and one from Global Sciences Foundation- Law of Attraction Practitioner. She plans to incorporate some new ideas into her already THRIVING coaching/organizing business.

She has 23 years of experience working with children, adults, families and those with special needs in MD, WV, NC and PA, many of those years as a Mobile Therapist and Behavior Specialist.

She started her coaching/organizing business in 2007 to provide a unique service for those seeking personal improvement in a casual environment with an optimistic, supportive professional. Many of her clients tried traditional counseling but found it impersonal and inconvenient. Coaching is about where you are now and moving forward, using mind-body-soul activities.

C.J. published a guided journal, "Thrive! A Life Journal" in the fall of 2012. This guided journal provides eight daily statements to complete such as New Person I Met, New Thing I Tried/Learned and List of Gratitudes. There is also a daily check-off list including Fueled my body with nourishment, Managed stress and Lived with integrity. Click on the link to the left to order from amazon.com. Books are also available at Main Street Books, The Book Center and Peace of Me. She is currently at work on her next book.
